Commercial & Multifamily

Scroll our job photos and the pattern is obvious: apartment complexes, townhome rows, storefront strips, quonsets, pole barns. I have been putting lids on big buildings alongside the houses since 2012.

What we roof

Houses, apartment buildings, storm calls, and the winter route. Four kinds of work, one number to call for any of them.

Residential Re-Shingles

Tear-offs and re-shingles on houses of every age, from farm places to town lots. Straight decks, tight courses, and a yard picked clean when the trailer pulls out.

Storm & Wind Response

After a storm crosses the area, we post the same offer every time: roof, leak, and shingle inspections. Wind damage repair shows up in our reviews by name, three of the eleven mention it, and one patch went on in a single day.

The reputation

Anyone can screenshot a good rating. Eleven reviews without a single miss is harder to fake. Here is what my reviewers keep bringing up.

Cleanup

The most repeated word across our reviews. Yards raked, debris gone, nothing left in the grass for a mower or a bare foot to find.

The outfit

I started this company in 2012 out of White, South Dakota, a town small enough that your work is your reputation. Fourteen years on, the trailer hooks up and rolls anywhere from Watertown down to Sioux Falls and across the line into Minnesota.

Eleven reviews sit on my Google profile. All eleven are five stars. The words that repeat are cleanup, wind damage repair, respectful, workmanship. That is the whole pitch, written by customers.

Are estimates really free?

Yes. Free estimates are printed right on my logo card. I come out, look the roof over, and the number costs you nothing either way.

Can I finance a new roof?

Financing is available. Ask when you call and I will walk you through it alongside the estimate.

How far will you travel?

We are based in White and work a two-state radius: Brookings, Flandreau, Watertown, and Sioux Falls on the South Dakota side, and Marshall, Canby, and Hendricks across the Minnesota line.

A storm just came through. What should I do?

Get it looked at before the next one. After hail or wind events we run roof, leak, and shingle inspections, and small wind damage caught early stays small.

Do you handle buildings bigger than a house?

All the time. Apartment complexes, townhome rows, storefront strips, pole barns, and large ag buildings are regular work for us.

What happens in winter?

Snow removal. Driveways, sidewalks, and rooftops, on call through the season whatever the hour, with the roofing trailer parked until spring.

Describe what the roof is doing and I come out to see it. The look costs nothing, and the number is yours to think over.
